run-e’s fieldwork technology offers market research institutes a single tool to support efficient employee and project planning, administration, management and monitoring for single or multiple market research call centers (CATI). Its customizable and integrated application standardizes and automates some of the more manual operations to enable staffing optimization and operational efficiency to save both time and money.
